Your games and save files are stored separately on your system, so uninstalling the client should not remove them. However, you will need to reinstall Battle.net to play the games again or to update them.

Open the Battle.net desktop app, select the icon for the game you want to uninstall, select the drop down arrow next to the play button, then select Uninstall Game.
